Silvercrest Energy Group Ltd is a specialist contractor with over 17 years of experience delivering roofing, scaffolding, access systems and solar PV installations across the UK.
Originally established in 2009 as a roofing and fit out contractor, the business has grown into a multi-discipline group of companies supporting commercial, industrial and heritage projects.
In March 2012 the group expanded by acquiring Brownes Scaffolding Ltd, which was subsequently rebranded as Silvercrest Scaffolding Ltd. Following this acquisition, the company opened a 30,000 sq ft operational yard in Burnt Mills, Essex to support its growing access and infrastructure operations.
Today, the group operates from its purpose built headquarters on the Winstanley Estate in Basildon, Essex and remains a financially stable, continuously trading company with a strong reputation for delivering technically complex projects safely and efficiently.

Our team consists of more than 30 experienced site operatives supported by qualified project managers and safety professionals. All of our operatives are DBS checked, CSCS certified and SMSTS trained where applicable. Our expert team are qualified for Working at Height and IPAF and PASMA certified.
Our scaffolding team includes operatives ranging from Part 2 scaffolders through to Advanced scaffolders.
Every member of our workforce is also trained in Asbestos Awareness, supporting our licensed work within environments where asbestos management is required. The group holds a full HSE asbestos licence, ensuring compliance with strict UK safety regulations.
